Open Admin → Players, open the player, and under Logins press Remove from your organization. They stop being a member. Their login, seasons and payments stay, and they can join again.
- Staff are changed on the Staff page, not here.
- Detach is different: it stops a login reaching this player's record, and leaves them a member.
- A player can delete their own account from My Account → Delete account. Their payments and seasons stay with their name, and their contact details are removed.
- A player who ticked "reconnect me" when they deleted gets their record back automatically if they sign up again with the same email.
- If they didn't, or they signed up with a different email, their new account starts a new player record. It shows up in Players → Merge review under the same name. Merge the old record into the new one, or press Attach another login on the old record: either way their seasons, payments, credit and membership go to the new account.
Open Admin → Players. It lists every person who has registered with you, whether or not they have an account.
- Search by name, ID or city.
- Filter by league, season, and standing: Played most recent season, Lapsed, or Played once, never returned.
- Sort by most recent, name, lifetime spend or seasons played.
- Open a player to see their seasons, payments and logins.
Open Admin → Players and press Import. Choose your registration export, read the check, and press Import. Nothing is written until you press it.
- Choose the registrations file (CSV). It needs the columns PlayerID, FullName, Registration Date, Season, LeagueType and Amount Paid.
- If email, shirt size and referral source are not columns on that file, also choose the player details file, with PlayerID, FullName and Email.
- Read the check. Items under "Fix before importing" block the import. "Your call" and "For information" do not.
- Press Import.
- If a season in the file was imported before, tick Replace the previously imported rows for these seasons. Only rows from an earlier import are replaced.
When a player creates an account with the email on their imported record, the history attaches to it. If they used a different address, merge the two records by hand.
- Players see their seasons under Account → History and on their public profile.
- A record with no email on file can never attach on its own.
Open Admin → Players → Merge review. Pick which record to keep and press Merge into, then Yes, merge. Nothing is merged automatically.
- The queue suggests records that share an email address or a name.
- For a pair the queue cannot see, such as an imported history and an account made later under another address, use Merge two records yourself. Pick Keep this record, then Merge this one into it.
- The record you keep gains the other's seasons, payments and email addresses. The other drops out of the directory.
Yes. The Logins box on a player's page lists every account that signs in to that player's history, seasons and payments.
- Detach removes a login from the player.
- A player with a work address and a personal one needs two logins to use both.
Players join or renew under Account → Membership. Members get member pricing, and only members can pick an option marked Members only.
- Admin → Memberships shows active members, membership revenue and memberships awaiting payment.
- Grant a membership gives one to a player without payment. A note is required.
- Revoke ends one. A note is required.
- Plans are listed under Plans. Their prices cannot be edited from the admin yet, so email contact@laceuphq.com to change one.
Open Admin → Credits to add or deduct credit for a player, with a note saying why. Credit applies by itself at the player's next registration or membership.
- When the credit covers the whole price, the registration is confirmed with nothing left to pay.
- The page shows the total you owe out and every change with its note.
- Cancelling a registration from the admin returns any credit it used.
Admin → Analytics shows who came back, who played once, and how each season compares with the one before.
- Players per season, split into new and returning.
- Where players came from, by the year they first played.
- Win-back list: people who played last season and not the latest one.
- At risk: people with three or more seasons who have now missed two or more.
- Export CSV downloads the people in a list, with their email and seasons.
